At the end of each academic year we ask parents to complete a questionnaire based on the ofsted Parent View questions.
In July 2026 22 parents completed the questionnaire (15%)

The school makes sure its pupils are well behaved; 95% agree or strongly agree (60% strongly agree).
My child has been bullied and the school dealt with the bullying quickly and effectively; 1 parent response -100% strongly agree
The school communicates well with me about things I need to know; 95% agree or strongly agree (55% strongly agree).
When I have raised concerns with the school they have been dealt with properly; 95% of those that have raised are concern agree or strongly agree (60% strongly agree). 23% have not raised a concern.

'We have been really happy with Thelwall infants since our eldest started in 2020, continuing throughout our younger child's time at the school.
It has been such a wonderful school for both of our children and we are really happy with the school and everything that the teaching staff have done to support them over the years.
A huge thank you to all the wonderful teachers, TA’s and other school staff who have made such a positive impact on our children’s lives and created so many good memories that they will always remember!
